Unblock URL button

I have a question about the user controlled Unblock URL Button.

Is there a way to disable this button and remove it from the error message ?
We already disabled the login for it, but now we want to remove it from the message..

Do you have multiple http/s profiles or are you using multiple?

If only one, then it makes sense that all users of a profile would be able to access an unblocked site. Settings are stored on a profile basis, not per individual user.

I only have one profile set up. This is for home use so there are only 4 users - I will look into setting up a profile for my wife and I and a separate one for the kids. Am I correct in thinking that clearing the cache removes the temporary UNBLOCK on the URL? Or is is also a time based unblock? THANKS for the quick response! Bob.
