ASG8 ESXi no network connect

I tried to install ASG8 from the download asg-8.001-ESX-v3.zip to my ESXi4. On the same ESXi is running a WindowsXP. I imported ASG from the OVF and changed nothing. All three nics are connected by default to "VM Network". VM Network has a physical NIC connected to my LAN, the WinXP ist connected to VM Network too. The ASG has 192.168.0.1 by default, the WinXP has 192.168.0.11 and in my physical LAN is a WinXP with 192.168.0.12.
I can ping from 192.168.0.12 to 192.168.0.11
I can ping from 192.168.0.11 to 192.168.0.12
I can't ping from 192.168.0.11 to ASG and not the other direction
I can't ping from 192.168.0.12 to ASG and not back
I can't connect to https://192.168.0.1:4444 from both WinXP machines.

I see, VM Network is correct connected to my LAN and the virtual WinXP is connected there. In configuration map i see ASG is connected there too but I can't access it.

I deleted the ASG from ESXi and reimported it from the original download files - no success.

What may be wrong, where can I search?
