Anonymizing executive reports and mail manager

Hi,

I try the anonymizing features from Astaro Security Gateway Release 7.507 and it works fine for the mail and web security reports.

But the executive report is not anonymized. Is this normal/correct? Is there not a possibility to anonymize these informations too?

And what about the informations in the mail manager? They are not anonymized.

    The mail- and web-user info is anonymized on the Executive report.  I don't think any IPs are anonymized anywhere.

    Anonymizing the Mail Manager info would be a feature request.

    None of the logfiles are anonymized.  You can submit an idea at Astaro Gateway Feature Requests.  Rather than anonymize Mail Manager, I wonder if your security concern might not be better addressed by requiring two passwords for access as with de-anonymizing.  After all, users should be able to manage their own queues and such with the User Portal.

    Sorry, but I don't understand your suggestion. May I ask you to explain it a little bit please?

    In 'Reporting >> Settings' on the 'Anonymizing' tab, when you enable, you have to provide two different passwords.  To de-anonymize, you must enter these two passwords again.  I was just observing that it would be easier to require using the same two passwords to get into Mail Manager if anonymizing is enabled.  I think Mail Manager would be useless with anonymized information anyway.
