no Executive Reports since updating to V8 [Resolved itself]

Hello,

since updating to V8 (or maybe earlier - I'm a little bit unsure) I don't receive any executive report, wether daily nor weekly generated. eMail-Settings are correct, Informations about available Updates, successful/unsuccessful Logins and other I still receive.

Has somebody any clue?

    Hi, Martinelli, and welcome to the User BB!

    What do you see in the SMTP log to give you an idea of what's happening to the emails?

    Hi Bob,

    thank you for your quick response! It's a miracle - after posting my problem, I tried some more: I added a 2nd mailaddress to the daily report, so I have one internal and one external recipient.

    And today in the morning my Astaro made me a happy man again :-) because I found 2 Executive Reports in my mailbox, one sent to the internal, the other one to the external mailaddress! Don't know why ... 

    Now I will restore the prior notification settings (only an internal address) and will see, how it goes.

    Anyway the problem is solved, thanks again!

    How can I insert "[solved]" so that everybody can see it already on the first page showing all threads? It is only visible when opening my thread.
