port '4433' is already in use by the acc

Hi,

if i want active the userportal, i get the message:

The TCP port '4433' is already in use by the acc->port configuration

I cannot change under Userportal-Advanced the port for the Userportal
because it is gray until i can activate the userportal!

Where i can change the port for the astaro command center?
Than i can change the port for the userportal

or 
how can i change the port for the userportal bevore i can activate the userportal?
Console?
