virtual Appliance on ESXi 4.0

Hi, 
I'm looking for a VPN SSL solution and was very interrested by Astaro.
i have installed the Virtual appliance on a Esxi 4.0 farm.

I must use VLan tagging for the internal interface but i can't get it to work (0ko receive).
VM on the internal network can't ping the vlan interface.

I test several configuration with no success.

VMAstaro(Eth1) VLAN 100PortGroup TAG 100
VM1 (no tag in vm nic driver)   Same port group as astaro vm
 
I test with tow port group with no success.

VMAstaro(Eth1) VLAN 100PortGroup (no tag)Physical sw VLAN 100
        VM1PortGroup TAG 100 Physical sw VLAN 100

I'm looking for best practice, documentation or support (phone) to be sure that the product can fit my need.
