SNMP query times out

Hi,

I'm using The Dude from Microtik to monitor the network and systems at a customer site.  All machines are responding nicely to the SNMP queries (port 161). I am not however getting any response from the firewall (ASG-120), i.e. no port 161 traffic is registered as being either passed or dropped in the Packet filter and there is no apparent dropping of SNMP at the IPS either.

I have checked that SNMP is switched on at the firewall and allowed internal networks to access it. I have also tried setting explicit packet filter rules (Source: Dude_Server, Destination: Firewall_internal_interface, Service: SNMP (port161), Action; Allow Always & Log)

Is there something am I missing?
