Reporting if a line is eliminated

Hi,

on our Astaro ASG are five MPLS & DSL lines. Now, the problem is that we not notice immediately if a line is eliminated.

I have already installed ACC on a other machine, but this is the the same as look directly on the ASG.

Is there a possibility that the System sent a Mail as soon as possible if a line is dead? Or to indicate a large error, flashing colored or somehow noticeable?

    I see you posted the same request in the German Forum, and I noticed one detail that was omitted in the responses there.

    If you want email notification about a line being down, then the Astaro needs to know that it is an "uplink" instead of a regular interface.  Astaro sees an interface with a default gateway as an "uplink".  To have more than one uplink, you must configure the 'Uplink Balancing' tab in 'Interfaces'.  Once you do that, notifications will be sent whenever an uplink is down.
