No Excutive reports on mail

Hi

I have installed s/w based ASG v8.001 on a machine and using the network security and web security,for the first fifteen days i received the executive reports on my mail id but now i don't receive any.
Also i tried to send the backup file on my mail but i didn't received.

I don't switch off my astaro machine it runs for 24*7.

What may be the possible cause,pls suggest thanks ?

Search for your email address in the SMTP logfile. That file will show the reason the Astaro can't deliver email to your mail server.

Check the smarthost settings in Notification-->Advanced-->External SMTP, in case your Astaro cannot send e-mails directly.
