Web Security reporting / Live reports

Hello All
i am using Astaro ASG120 , with  Network and Web security
My question is :
is there any way to see live report
I wannt see my employees now , what are they surfing
I tried go to Reporting - Web security - web usage 
i could see my employees but when i enter on any one , i could see nothing !
White screen

Please help me

    You can see the individual transactions in the live log.  Put the username (if you're using authentication) or the user's IP address in the filter, and only lines related to that user will appear.  Change the name/IP to another user, and then only those records will appear.
