[solved][v8.000] Web Security Report disabled

Hi All

On the executive report sent , I am getting a "This report is disabled by configuration." message for the web security (pic attached).

Reporting>web security works fine and provides live reporting

web security subsrciption : enabled (Exp. Date:  19 February 2012 ) .

    I am still seeing the issue. Anyone with the same problem?

    I am still getting the disabled report but the graphs shows traffic

    Wingman,

    Some days I see the same disabled reports that you are seeing and other days they appear normal.  This week my Executive Reports from Monday and Thursday show "This report is disabled by configuration" but all other days show normaly.  My graphs also show traffic every day.  I have not made any configuration changes that would affect this report.

    Same thing here.I am not sure what the cause is but it is something that needs to be fixed

    I am still getting the same issue. Could someone for astaro please take a look.Is it a known issue? should we worry?

    I've tried to create the database as  per https://support.astaro.com/support/index.php/how_to_recreate_postgres_database but I am getting couple of warnings. Any thoughts?

    somehow it got fixed. I've installed v8.002 and all good now

    Hi,

    I've upgraded my ASG220 to v8 yesterday, but I'm facing the same issue;
    I do not see any Web Usage, neither under Reporting -> Web Security, nor under Executive Report, where I get the same message as mentioned above (This report is disabled by configuration)

    Any clue someone?

    I have 7 systems, two of which are doing this. One is 8.103 and one is 8.202.
