Actually, I've changed the webadmin user preferences from the default CTRL+v,c,z,x to CTRL+u,i,n,s, but wrote 'v' in the title so it is like the default. I had the same bug with default settings.
Situation:
I'm in Packet filter and click on the folder icon to find my network-object in the list on the left. I click in the filter field above the list and start to write the name on the object. If this objects contains any of the letters u,i,n,s the object list changes to the corresponding list.
Lets say I want to insert my network object "splunk". What happens is that as I write the first letter 's' the list on the left changes to be a list of services. Next letters 'pl' (PL) doesn't do anything (except filter all services that contains 'pl', but when I hit 'u' the list changes to users, and the next letter 'n' changes to network and I'm back where I started but the last letter 'k' probably isn't enough to find my object.
This is not something that happens all the time. Sometime it's fixed by logging out and back in. All in all it's very annoying. It's like webadmin or firefox think CTRL is pressed, which it isn't.
I'm using Firefox v3.6.6 on Windows 7 x64.
