Unable to login via to the management interface via DYNDNS

Hi All

I am not able to login to the webadmin page and the problem is that the source address is not the local lan ip but the external ip :S


09:28:02 WebAdmin connection attempt TCP
81.153.**** : 42142

81.153.****** : 8443

however, If I try to connect via ip everything works fine. Same thing happens when I try to login to user portal.

  • then you don't have dyndns setup correctly or something.  I use dyn to access my home astaro(including vpn) nearly daily.  how do you have dynamic dns setup in astaro?

    Everything is setup properly. for example,when using putty to access the CLI I am connecting to my dyndns name with no issues. It's the pf that blocks the access because the source is not a lan address but the external interface
