Astaro Security Gateway 7.302 -- Reporting Problem

Hi,

We have ASG 7.302 installed on server. It was sending daily executive report till yesterday just fine, we didn't get daily executive report on today. It gives me the following message today while I was trying to generate daily executive report and send it.

firewall1:/var/log # /usr/local/bin/report_render.plx --sendmail

product: ASG |  Astaro Security Gateway Software 
running get_summary
DBI connect('dbname=reporting','reporting',...) failed: FATAL:  "pg_tblspc/25162/25163" is not a valid data directory
DETAIL:  File "pg_tblspc/25162/25163/PG_VERSION" is missing.
 at /PerlApp/Astaro/ADBS.pm line 54

Can somebody please help me to figure out what the problem is?

    The following steps fixed my problem:
    1.) /etc/init.d/ulog stop
    2.) /etc/init.d/syslogng stop
    3.) /var/storage/pgsql/init/reporting_db_init.sh
    4.) /etc/init.d/syslogng start
    5.) /etc/init.d/ulog start

    I'd recommend that you update to the latest version of Astaro as soon as possible as well; I believe they made some significant changes / fixes to the DBs and reporting.
