DynDNS Setup

I have added a 2nd Internet circuit and set up our ASG 320 to use both circuits for outbound HTTP Proxy traffic using MultiPath.  I am not sure how to setup DynDNS in 7.5 so that if the primary circuit goes down, the traffic inbound to my domain will automatically go to a static IP on the other circuit.  I understand what I need to do to change the dns server entries for my domain through my registrar; I'm confused about the settings on the DynDNS tab on the ASG.

    the dyndns tab is for dyndns - what means dyndns.com; if u use a address like myhost.dyndns.org you can update this by using this tab
    if u use a official registered domain your registrar can't update dns entries that way..
