e mail notification stopped working

Anything in the logs to give an indicator what's happening?
 
Have you made any major DNS changes?

I didn't make any changes and now I reinstalled the Astaro software and still no e mail notifications and I used the default settings just like I did the last time I installed the software.

Can someone please help me with this issue. I cannot get e mail notifications working again. After it stopped working, I reinstalled Astaro and restored the known settings when notifications were working.

The DNS question didn't just refer to the Astaro.  Also, you gave no information about the logs.

Also, check the Mail Manager 'SMTP Spool' tab.

Thanks for the tip, I am a new user and not so familiar and don't know where to find any problems in the log. Could you give me more info on how to troubleshoot the problem

'Mail Security >> Mail Manager' [Open Mail Manager in new window]

This should show you if the emails have been generated and were sent, generated and stuck in the spool, rejected or you will find nothing at all that indicates they ever were generated.

Thank you so much for your help. I looked in the Mail Security under Mail Usage (don't see the Mail Manager) and Mail Usage is empty

If you don't see the 'Open Mail Manager in a new window' button, you might need to clear your browser cache.

OK, that's the 'Quarantine' tab.  Check the 'SMTP Spool' and 'SMTP Log' tabs, too.
