SSL and WebAdmin

Hi

Sice yesterday I can't login to the webadmin and our SSL VPN users can't get in.

Initially on webadmin the error was timing out so I restarted httpd. Now the webadmin page just sits there waiting to connect to backend.

On investigating via ssh the httpd logs show 
[client 127.0.0.1] access to /var/webadmin/ failed, reason: SSL connection required

So am I'm guessing that the ssl service has stoped working, is there a command I can use via ssh to restart the service as I would rather not have to reboot the server.
