CPU Load vs CPU Utilization

How come there is no graph for CPU Load average as opposed to CPU Utilization?  I've found that sometimes you can have a low CPU utilization percentage, but a high processor queue (shown in CPU load averages) which manifests as poor response time.  I would think that this value would be just as important as utilization.

    And load isn't only calculated by your CPU utilization, but other factors like disk queue and memory load play a large role in it.  

    Would be nice if they just put the 1, 5, 15 numbers in a corner of the dashboard.  Those in the know would recognize it instantly. [:)]
