The interface is UP, UP in the info detail the system said: "02) Internet This object is unused".
ISP [External]Astaro[Internal] LAN
To avoid double-NATting, it's best to bridge the connection between the ISP and your Astaro so that your public IP is on your Astaro's External interface. That will simplify the rest of the installation.

Alessio, Welcome to Astaro!
That just means you haven't configured anything to use "External (Address)" or "External" interface.
In order to do pinging, check the relevant ICMP and ping boxes on the 'ICMP' tab of 'Network Security >> Packet Filter'. I think you'll be able to get rid of your packet filter rule as 'External (Address) -> Any -> Internet : Allow' should have no effect (if I've understood correctly what you have).
I'm confused by the rest of what you've posted, but maybe we can help you with some of the things you haven't gotten to yet. Typically, the connections would be:ISP [External]Astaro[Internal] LAN
