Reporting - Mail security - Empty graph

Hi all,
we have astaro 7.504 installed in cluster on 2 dell Server.
We use it just as mail relay server (antispam/antivirus), all works well we receive all mails without problem.
But the reporting graph shows mail activities only few night hours ...
for example from 2:30 till 3:00 and nothing on all the rest of times ....
the stats show that we receive only 700 mail ath day ... but we receive al least 20000 emails at day.
Some one have the same problem ? any tips ?

If this is a commercial install with Astaro maintenance, you probably want to let Astaro do the command-line fiddling.

Please make sure you are actually routing all of your email through the Astaro proxy before looking at the database. The system messages log should tell you if you have database problems, but a significant number of reporting "errors" turn out to be accurate. If the ASG is not inline and in transparent mode, all mail hosts need to be pointing to the ASG.

Check the SMTP logs and the Mail Manager- do they show mail flow?
