MTU Size on interface ignored and Size of MTU on HA interface

Hi,
I have an ASG 320. I changed the MTU size to 1546 on the internal Interface with the VLANs configured. I also changed it on my Cisco which is connected to the Astaro. When I now check the MTU size with ifconfig -a it still says that the MTU size is 1500 on the internal interface but in WEbadmin it says 1546. So whats the real MTU size?
I read that with 7.404 there was this bug was with 7.5 it was fixed. So what am I doing wrong?

And by the way, how large is the MTU size on the HA interface? I read that it has a MTU size of 2000 but ifcofnig also says 1500 on this interface.
I have to know this fo rour LAN Extension between our two Datacenters. My providers needs to know what MTU he has to configure on his switches.

I 'm using Firmware 7.504.

    The MTU for the HA interface should be 2000 but only on Gigabit NICs an I think there is some kind of auto-discovering whether the network is really supporting this high MTU size.
    BTW tell your provider that all components (switches) between both ASGs  need to support forwarding jumbo ethernet frames

    What is "cc get ha advanced mtu" saying?
