Hi!
How to limit web admin (4444) for only one IP range? (external- from internet) in other words, how to block log to port 4444 for all the other IPs?

    Create a network definition for the allowed network(s), and add them to the allowed list under Management / Webadmin ... remove the ANY entry from the list, and click Apply.  Make sure that the host you are managing the UTM from is part of the allowed hosts you've defined and added, otherwise you will lock yourself out of Webadmin.
