[7.504] Userportal not working

hi all,

i have a problem with my userportal. Login from internal and DMZ networt is working but from external WAN not [:@].

The WebAdmin page is on port 4444 is from extenal (WAN) reacheble but the user portal on port 443 not. It comes a timeout message

In Management -> User Portal -> Global are all Networks (DMZ (Network), Internal (Network) and External (WAN) (Address)) as Allowed Networks configured and all Users are allow to login.

In Advanced by Hostname and Port ist set the Port 443.

Remote Acces with SSL is deaktivated and there is no Rule or forwarding for HTTPS configured.

Why is the Userportal from external on Port 443 not reachable?

Changing the Userportal Port dosent work.

Any Ideas?

Hi Beychir,

When I have problems like that it is usually because I have made a mistake on the "Allowed Networks".

Try putting in Any instead of Wan(network).

This should fix your problem.

yes make sure that its in the allowed networks.

do you mean with : external WAN .. the network it self or you mean from internet.

do you have anything between you and between astaro ?!

and make sure that port 443 is forwarding connection to astaro

The problem was the Admin in front of the ASG [:D]

Now its working.
