Drop in concurrent connections

We replaced a cisco 2621 with a cisco 3560 in July.  Since then we have had a major drop in connections being reported in the attached Astaro usage log.  The traffic in MB seems similar and performance seems similar.  School is out from June-mid August so that is why the drop for those months but comparing the number of connections before the router was put in and after, the number of concurrent connections are substantially lower. Is this something to be concerned about?  Might there possibly be something that needs to be changed on the router?

  • you don't need cisco to support accounting..astaro can track everything that passes through it's own interfaces.  Just setup accounting inside of astaro..[:)]
