In my LAN we have a domain controller, which is the default gateway of clients.
The domain controller has Astaro LAN interface as default gateway.
In this way, all requests of web sites pass to domain controller that forwards to Astaro. I suppose that configuring the clients with Astaro as default gateway, will improve the time access to web sites. But in this way there will be some issue on domain request in shared folders. In your opinion, forwarding the NETBIOS packets from Astaro to domain controller, will solve these issues? In this way, the access to shared folders will be slower than in actual configuration?
