We have an Astaro Web Gateway and whilst the reporting shows the total usage for a user for a given timeframe, it does not show the times of this access. I can see FredB has been surfing for 2 hours in a day, but not if this was before work, during lunch and after work... or if it was during the working day.
I have been told that the ARM solution will provide this, but as yet our support provider has yet to prove this. I have downloaded a demo version of ARM but it wont connect to the WSG.
So, the question is, will ARM provide this level of reportability and if so, is there any evidence of this to show my management team before the spend is approved.
