Executive report not working

I'm not really sure where to start on this one, so I hope everyone can bare with me.

I've been receiving daily executive reports since v6. Since the latest update to 7.501, however, I haven't gotten any. Now when I go into the web admin and click to "Generate report now..." it opens a window that says "Please be patient, while the report is generated," but it never finishes. In other words, it can't seem to actually generate the report. 

All logging and reporting seem to be functioning normally, it just can't create the executive report. 

Any ideas?

  • It sounds like you need to reindex and/or reinitialize your PostgreSQL database.  If you don't have support, you can find several posts here that explain how to do that.
