Executive report not working

I'm not really sure where to start on this one, so I hope everyone can bare with me.

I've been receiving daily executive reports since v6. Since the latest update to 7.501, however, I haven't gotten any. Now when I go into the web admin and click to "Generate report now..." it opens a window that says "Please be patient, while the report is generated," but it never finishes. In other words, it can't seem to actually generate the report. 

All logging and reporting seem to be functioning normally, it just can't create the executive report. 

Any ideas?

    I may have spoken too soon about the reporting working; it doesn't look like the antivirus reporting is working. 

    The dashboard gives the following under 'today's threat status:'
    Firewall: 0 packets filtered
    IPS: 0 attacks blocked
    AntiVirus: 40 items blocked
    AntiSpam: 0 emails blocked
    AntiSpyware: 40 726 items blocked
    Web Filter: 40 726 URLs filtered

    In Reporting, under Web Security > Web Usage, it actually shows the TOTAL web usage as 40 697 requests.

    40 blocked items also seems completely off; I usually have zero.

    I tried downloading the eicar test file a few times, and the number of items blocked did not change, and it doesn't show anything under Reporting > Web Security > Blocked Usage. It did, at least, properly block the download of the test file. 

    So it looks like perhaps the web usage logging/reporting isn't working right. Any ideas how this might be fixed?
