what is the differences between Link Aggregation & Uplink Blanacing??
i can see that both are giving failover & fault tolerance features, so what is the main difference?[:S][:S]

    I would say:

    - Link Aggregation is done on the switch and needs configuration on the switch too (also known as port trunking/teaming/bonding)
    - Uplink Balancing balances the load over two separate WAN connections (f.ex. two leased lines)
