DynDNS not running - Status Unavailable

Hi all. I'm a noob to the Astaro and I'm having some difficulty with the Dynamic DNS service. 

I'm running the free home edition on HP desktop computer, with a P4 CPU and 1G of memory. It's got 4 NIC's, but only three are in use. So far, everything is running pretty well, with one small exception.

I've got an account with dyndns.org, and have confirmed my account and password by logging onto their site, as well as successfully using a desktop client from behind the Astaro, so I don't think it's the IPS blocking the traffic. 

However, when I setup the DynDNS service, it shows that the status is Unavailable, which makes it sound like the service isn't running. 

Additionally, a couple times a day I'm getting an email to my administrative notification email address that says simply: "Dyndns daemon not running - restarted". 

Using the web interface, I've searched a bunch of the logs for "ddclient" which from searches  on the forum I believe is the daemon that does DynDNS client services, but I haven't found any references to it. 

Suggestions?
