Realtime Monitor

Hi,

Most gateway security appliances have a realtime monitor so that you can view who is doing what at any given time.

I can't seem to find a way to monitor my users in realtime anywhere on this device, does it exist? For example, users complain that the internet has slowed to a crawl. I as the administrator would like to check realtime traffic to see if one user is a bandwidth and/or connection hog.

Any realtime monitors with ASG?

Realtime bandwidth monitoring is part of the latest release, 7.500. I suggest installing it.

Also, 'iftop' is available on the console in 7.x.

iptraf can also be easily installed if you don't mind possibly voiding your support; search these forums for a how-to I posted.

Also, the Executive Report will give you a good idea about what's going on.
