DSL PPPOE Connection Not Working

All,

We recently had a DSL modem installed in our new office. This is temporary until we get our AT&T T3 installed. Anyways, I setup a new PPPOE interface, establish a connection to the DSL modem (ALL GREEN) but I can't get onto the internet. I can ping the external static IP given to us by the provider but I can't ping the default gateway. Has anyone had this problem??? Any ideas?? 

I know the connection to the modem is good as I can use our wireless router with it and get access to the internet.
