Hi,
I played around a bit with our new ASG 425 cluster setup this morning and found something strange.
The goal was to set up link aggregation on two ports (sounds simple...)
So, i went to Network => Interfaces => Link aggregation. Then tuck LAN (eth0) to convert and eth6 for the additional interface. After saving it the ASG is not accessible anymore over the LAN port. Link LED's on switch and Astaro stayed dark.
(Good that i allowed access to admin interface over an other interface before playing around)
Thought, maybe not a good idea to make link aggregation on a cluster???
Deleted the link aggregation so that it has the same config as before. Still nothing. eth0 was up and had the correct IP address (verified that over ssh).
The only solution was to reboot the active master, and after syncing also rebooting of the second machine. Then it worked again. Funny thing, at the time the first machine was rebooting, access was possible again, but not when it was up again. After rebooting the second machine everything was back in a working state.
After it worked again (without the LA), i tried it again. Configuring the link aggregation, but this time i left the LA config and made a reboot of both machines. After that the link aggregation worked fine.
