A client has been having an ongoing problem. They have software that basically needs a constant Internet connection to function. They've been finding that it periodically loses its connection, but then it comes back. We've looked at all sorts of things for this, but we're unable to find anything indicating an actual connection drop.
I'm clutching at straws here, but it occurred to me that, perhaps their ASG 120 is undersized for their environment. Perhaps its pegging the CPU or something like that, periodically, causing the drops.
What should I check to see if that's true?
