Reverse Lookup for IP Addresses in Reporting Module

We have a network of approximately 200 public PCs that all log in with a generic account for Internet access. Since all of the PCs log in to our E-Directory using the same user ID, reporting based on username is not helpful. The Proxy profile is set up in standard mode for that network with no user/group restrictions.

On the Web Security reports I have several entries for IP addresses of PCs on the public network. Is there any way to have the Astaro do reverse lookups for the IP addresses to our workstation names?

    It's not clear to me what your situation is.  If you have an internal DNS that contains the desired information (for example for 192.168.1.0/24), you could add a record to DNS Request Routing: '1.168.192.in-addr.arpa → [your DNS]'

    On the Web Security page, some of my 'Top Users' appear as IP addresses from our guest network. I would like to have them appear as a DNS hostname instead (172.21.2.10 ---> Public-2-10).

    I just tried an NSLookup on some of the workstations, and it appears that I didn't have the reverse lookup zones for the public created in DNS yet. I've created them now, so hopefully the PCs will dynamically register in DNS and the Astaro will be able to look them up.
