HTTP Proxy Usage Report

Can any one define for me the measurement used in this report for Elapsed Time? Exactly what is that tell me? The amount of time in minutes that the user accessed web pages?

I would like to find this information as well. I am new to the ASG and I know that my managers WILL ask what the numbers mean. I have RTFM and am getting no where.

The KnowledgeBase has good info on this issue: How is the Duration field calculated in web reporting?.

I remember seeing a brief guide to interpreting the Executive Reports for V6, but I can't find that anymore. In glancing at the Reporting section of the manual, I see a more-complete description in each sub-section than I remember from before, so I'd suggest going back through there as you step through the various menus and tabs in Reporting.

Thanks for the feedback, I have been looking for this for a while.

The way I read this, a user's duration is counted from start to finish as long as there is activity. So if a user access a web page that refreshes, or had links/adds that refresh, he will acquire more time. (for the user report)

If you read the link I gave above, you'll see that the Duration is counted in different ways in different places.
