RADIUS Webadmin access with fallback

Hi,
Does someone know a way to create a backup mechanism for the webadmin access? 
Primary authentication for webadmin should be RADIUS. If this service is not available, and only then, the local database (webadmin user) should be used.

I made a test with RADIUS and it did work as expected. However, it was still possible to login with the standard webadmin account.

    If I understand you correctly you want the following:


    •  (Certain) Users authenticating against Radius should be able to log into WebAdmin.
    •  If the Radius server works, any local WebAdmin account should be disabled, i.e. local
          Webamin users are not able to log into WebAdmin.
    •  If the Radius server is not available, the local users should be able to log into WebAdmin.


    Well, this is not possible.

    The workaround I would recommend is the setting you already have. 
    Have a Radius group and keep a local admin user as 'backup'
