Problem with the configuration

Hey guys,

I have a really strange problem. I think the version of the ASG isn't important because it appers on 7.306 and 7.402 so let me explain [;)]

In the last days I had 2-3 ASGs wich I have configured or restored the backup and all of them had the same error. After uploading and restoring the backup file I can access the ASGs via WebAdmin on the new IP but I can't login with the admin password neither via SSH. It seems that the ASGs have lost the passwords. On one ASG I can solve this problem with a "hard reboot" (power off/on) after the ASG have started completly I can login in the WebAdmin with the password and alle the configuration was correctly.
An other ASG worked fine after restoring a backup but one day later (the ASG was poweroff) I booted it but get the same failure as before. I can access the WebAdmin but can't login. This time a "hard reboot" didn't worked so I had set the ASG in the Factory Default Mode and restore the backup again. Surprisingly now it worked without any failures! I tried it with an ASG 220 and 120/220

Oh! Maybe this is also important on one ASG I can't reset the WebAdmin (cc -> RAW -> system_password_reset) password, after a reconnect I entered a new password but I can't also login with the new one... 

Any ideas what cause this error? 
It's very terrible if the ASG works and on the next day (when it's goes operating) the login isn't possible again.
