Uplink balancing using VMWare Server

I'm trying to use Astaro to do uplink balancing on two ADSL lines. I don't want to set asside an entire PC with 3 NICs to do the job, so I installed Astaro onto a VMWare server with virtual NIC's.

The configuration looks like this:

It's not working [:@]

Any ideas?

    Hi, Subway, welcome to the Astaro User BB.  This looks like a good question, and I think there are several people here with the experience to answer it for you.  So that they can, maybe you can explain a little about what isn't working and how it isn't working.

    Last year, one of the admins suggested How To Ask Questions The Smart Way.  I got a lot out of it; you'll probably laugh at yourself, too.
