Detail User Reports

How to create detail users report for Web Security, Email Security. In executive report it shows with only Top 10. For a large organization with hundreds of users, Top 10 does not have any value. Can this number be changed?

Need report similar to executive report style for each user for its activities to present to Department Manager.

    Go to Reporting > WebSecurity and select the tab "Web Usage",
    there can select your report "Top Users" and the timeframe "Last Week" and run a report.
    This can also be exported to PDF or Excel. 

    If needed you can also anonymize the clear text usernames.

    Reporting section for Web security I have seen,this doesn't fulfill my requirement.It does not provide the complete URL with date and time.Also how do I distinguish between the Real URL hit vs URL Trail.
    e.g 
    1. In Blocked web usage it shows users and the domain names, most of the reports show google.com has blocked domain. Now how do I know or why google.com is listed as blocked domain?

    2. tagged.com this site creates headache it has good and bad content.When looking for user report how do i know is the user was accessing good or bad content?

    So the current reporting doesn't give presentable report format which can be deliverd to higher authorities. They don't want to see TOP. Instead detail user web activity in real hit web sites.

    It sounds like the "higher authorities" are interested in something other than just protecting the business and minimizing the time workers waste on the internet.  Why should they care about the reason a particular person's surfing was blocked?  I'm not sure I want to help you help them exert so much control over their employees.

    Then again, perhaps I misjudge.  What are they concerned about?

    Polices are dictating Admins, so what they want it should be presented, irrespective of their knowledge on Astaro  or any Security Product.There should be justification on money spent vs deliverable.
    Some of them has seen Cyfin Reporter, ASG logs can be imported and detail report is generated. So the argument is why ASG does not present similar reports? Why to look for 3rd party reporting tools? Do ASG lags such reporting feature.
    Not all organization will be satisfied with current  reporting feature of ASG and I think Astaro team should give their customers options of customization do their needs.
    Otherwise why ASG came up with Astaro Report Manager?

    If the option to have such detailed reporting is a requirement, I agree that you should include the cost of Cyfin or ARM in comparing Astaro to other solutions.
