How do i create a vlan ? 


i am trying this way Network >>>Interface>>>New Interface >>>Type then i select Ethernet VLAN ,in Hardware i suppose to get some Ethernet card list ?
but there is no option ,as per card detail from mfg it support vlan]

I am using 7.402

    Hi utm_kid,
    does the interface have a current address assigned to it?

    If so you need to remove it.

    Barryg has posted a thread warning that vlans in 7.402 might be removed, he has reverted to 7.401 to get his vlans back.

    I was going to attempt to install a vlan today, but was sidetracked into fixing broken tiles on the roof.

    I will have another attempt tomorrow morning.

    OK Thanks,i havent check this card and vlan funcation so i will check that also later
    But as per card details posted ,is this card support VLAN ?(from astaro)
