Checklist for ASG Health Status

All of a sudden on week end ASG HA(7.400) units did not function normally. Users couldn't access Internet, Admins couldn't login, No notification on what went wrong or any services were down.
I'm trying to find from the logs, but no clue.
How to find and were the last Known Normal ASG Activities?
Why both HA Units didn't respond to login and http proxy requests?
What are the ASG System Health Checklist?

This is something unusual happen, need to know to act proactively and pin point the exact problem.

    You might try rebooting the Master to see if the Slave will take over and resolve the issue.

    Are you the only admin for the ASG?  If not, maybe someone made a change.  If you have an unencrypted backup from a day or two ago, you can put it on a USB stick and restore from it.  Shut down both units, put the USB stick in one and start it up.  It will restore from the USB.  If that doesn't resolve the issue, you might step back another day.  Once you have the Master working satisfactoriy, only then switch on the Slave.

    In any case, in your place, I would submit a support request to Astaro.
