Webadmin Password Reset Not Working

Hi All
I have ASG V6. I tried to reset the webadmin password as stated in this forum using SSH; however it is not asking me to enter new password when I access the web admin page. We are not using the default port 4444; 1221 is used instead.
Steps followed:

CC
RAW
system_password_reset
(here  I got this out put:
calling $self->Connection()->system_password_reset;
1
)

ctrl-c
