Bug in copy and paste (I think)

My scenario is :

Lan in a subnet 192.168.100.X eth0
Servers in a subnet 192.168.2.X eth1

When copying files (20 or 30) (netbios) from a machine located in lan subnet to servers subnet, some files stay locked.

Debugging the files that are locked it doesn't have the flag as opened, but i can open them as read-only.

Otherwise I copy only on file, and it works.

I don't know what it's happen.

Any ideas.
