Locked out of WebAdmin

I just enabled the user portal option and upon doing that, no users can login to the WebAdmin interface.

How can this be reset?

  • You're using port 4444 for webadmin, right?

    If you have a backup, you can put it on a USB flash drive, and plug it into the firewall and reboot.

  • The next time you enable the User Portal, make sure that WebAdmin is on port 4444 and that, along with the SSL VPN and the User Portal, all are on different ports.
