I just put in a case with support. But in the meantime figured I'd see if anyone here can help. This morning I got to the office and noticed that I cannot manage either of our ASG 525's via WebAdmin or SSH. I've also had our other firewall admin try from his pc and we both get timeouts. Both firewalls have been power cycled and still we cannot get in to manage them. Anyone else had this problem? Also, mail is not passing through the SMTP proxy on the firewalls. We are able to browse the Internet though as we do not use the HTTP proxy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
