Hi,

At work we have a ASG version firmware 7305.
I must join users of a Active directory sub-domain to it.
The users's domain access to internet without problem but the users of the sub-domain no.
It's possible to use the ASG7 with a AD sub-domain?

    Jef, I'm not sure what you mean by members of a sub-domain, but I suspect that your problem can be resolved by correcting the 'Base DN' entry in the 'Active Directory Configuration' of the Astaro.  I guess that it is too restrictive and that you should have it just contain the 'DC' information.

    Well, I didn't explain it so good.

    I've a domain like domain.local and a domain son like sub.domain.local. 
    Users in each domain.But users of sub.domain.local can't access to the internet.
    I guess remember that 'Base DN' entry in the 'Active Directory Configuration' of the Astaro just contain the 'DC' information. I'll investigate this tomorrow. If it is, i'll just test create an OU with an universal group of users who will contain the both users's group (domain.local  users and sub.domain.local users). 

    I hope i explain the problem better this time. I'll post news next time.
