Executive Report not working after updating from 7.1xx to 7.3xx

Hi @ all,

I have several Astaros around the world, after upgrading all to the latest version 7.305, no Executive Reporting is working anymore...

Also when I set up an external mail server for sending out mails, not working...

Any ideas?

When you say the Executive report is not working, do you mean you cannot generate a report, or that you can generate them but they aren't being delivered via email?

i can manulaay generate it, but it is not delivered by mail!

Does the ASG sucesfully send notifications? Or is no email coming from the ASG? If you look in the quarantine manager, smtp spool and smtp log, do you see any hung or rejected email messages from the ASG?
