smtp-log problem

Hi,

I´m using ASG 7.305.
The SMTP-Log shows "... size="5754" reason="as" extra="confirmed". ...."
The mail-sender gets the following message:
"Your message has encountered delivery problems to the following recipient
... Delivery failed 550 Administrative prohibition"

What does it means ???

If you did not change anything in the ASG config and use RBL's then the denied senders were maybe getting into some RBL and so the ASG denies to receive mails from them. Only a few senders?

Yes, its only one sender (as far as i know).

Can you check that your internal email server is not running it's own blacklist or RBL , this is quite often what generates this error.
