Prioritizing Packet over Web Filter

Greetings...
Im new in the IT department where I work and I have been trying to find an answer on the ubb here for a question we have at work, and have not found it yet. My apologies in advance if this question was answered in another post. I am not familiar with Astaro so my wording may not be 100%.
Is there anyway to make the packet filter overide the web filter?

    The proxies take precedence over the packet filter rules- but you can create proxy exceptions, and then the packet filter rules will apply to the traffic.  The method depends on your proxy mode.

    To elaborate on Jack's posting.

    The proxy settings for standard or user authentication modes depend on the browser settings and cannot be packetfiltered for control.  

    The transparent mode though can be set for skip such that the packetfilter will have control by setting the network or host object of either the source or destination under web security>>http>>advanced in the Transparent skip list.
